Existing PLDT Home Rewards Customer

• Existing PLDT Home Rewards customer will automatically get their crystals
• Dispensing of crystals will be given within 7-14 days after successful upgrade. An SMS from MVP Rewards will send an SMS notification upon crediting the rewards

Non-PLDT Home Rewards Customer

• Non PLDT Home Rewards member will need to register before to get the FREE crystals. See below process of registration. Customers can register either by going to PLDT Home Rewards page or directly signing-up via MVP Rewards sign-up page and linking their PLDT Home Account

To Register:

• Customer visits to https://mvprewards.ph/pldthome/signup
• Customer fills out the mandatory fields:
  • Mobile Number
  • Last Name
  • First Name, Middle Name
  • Password
• Click “REGISTER”.
• Tick “ACCEPT” button in agreement section.
• Once user receives OTP on his/her registered mobile number, input OTP and click “CONTINUE”.
• Customer will be directed to the Home Page of MVP Rewards.
• Customer clicks on the “GET LINKED” under PLDT Home Rewards Logo.
• Customer inputs PLDTS Home Account Number and Telephone Number and clicks submit.
