What is myHome?
myHome is a convenient and secure way to manage your myBro account online. It is the new online account portal of myBro (Canopy and WiMax) subscribers which was previously accessed through my.Smart (my.smart.com.ph/account). In the near future, myHome will be PLDT Home's single sign-on portal where subscribers can manage their PLDT accounts for Fibr, myDSL, myBro, and PLDT Landline. Thanks to myHome, you now have the freedom to perform many of your account transactions online – without the wait.
What is myBro?
Smart Bro Canopy and Wimax will now be the new myBro Wireless Home Broadband service. It is a high-speed postpaid broadband internet connection that uses the nationwide cellular network of Smart to wirelessly deliver internet service to a subscriber´s PC.
What is the difference between myBro and SmartBro?
Smart Bro is the former brand of all the broadband services of Smart which includes Mobile Broadband services of Smart, which are Plug-it, Pocket Wifi, etc. and Fixed Broadband which are Smart Bro Canopy and Wimax. On June 26, 2012, the Fixed Wireless variants Canopy and Wimax will now have a new brand name under myBro. This is now included under the HOME megabrand powered by PLDT and Smart.

Who can register to myHome?
All active and existing myBro subscribers are eligible to register to myHome. Other PLDT HOME subscribers will be able to register to myHome soon.

What are the benefits when I register to the myHome portal?
With myHome you can manage all your myBro accounts with just one login. You can also access an array of myHome services such as online viewing of bills and revision of billing information. For the myBro Da 499 Wimax Pocket modem, you can purchase additional data packages.
How do I register?
New users can visit http://pldthome.com/account
and fill out the form. A verification link will be sent to the email address you
had submitted. Click on the verification link to complete the registration process.
Important Reminder: In case you did not receive the verification email, please
check your junk folder as the mail might have been routed there.
Existing my.Smart users do not need to register again. You just need to reset your password. Just clicking the “Forgot password” link in the myHome home page and enter your email address, Service Reference Number or myBro number linked to your myHome profile. You will receive a verification email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How do I link multiple myBro accounts?
By registering to this site, subscribers can now access the following online services:
- Balance inquiry
- Check Service Request status
- Find Account Information, such as account number, subscription plan and cut-off dates
- Request technical support for myBro internet connection
- View & print the Statements of Account for the last 12 months
- Change billing address
- Enroll / deactivate / change e.Statement password
- Access Payment Center Directory
- Create & Edit Telephone PIN
Are there other ways I can login to myHome?
Subscribers can log-in using either their Facebook or Google Plus account by following these easy steps:
- Sign in to your Facebook (http://www.facebook.com) or Google Plus (http://plus.google.com) account.
- Go to http://pldthome.com/account. Click the Log-in via Facebook or Google buttons.
- Create a password for your myHome account. Keep this confidential and see our tips below on how to create a strong password.
- You will now have your MyHome account. You can link your existing MyBro account for easy access.
How can I make my myHome password secure?
- Avoid using birthdays, common words found in the dictionary, or names of family, significant
others, friends, or pets
- Use complex number and letter combinations.
- Avoid using your account name as your password.
- Avoid using passwords that match or are similar to passwords you use on other sites or services (for example: email social networking sites log-ins).
How do I link multiple myBro accounts?
Once you have created your myHome profile, you may link your myBro Home wireless broadband accounts by providing Your Service Reference Number or Account Number and clicking the “Add Account” button.
You’ll be asked to provide verify ownership of the account via email. You will receive an email with your myBro Account verification code. Enter the verification code in myHome to complete the linking process.
I have an active myBro account but why can’t I link it to myHome?
A myBro account can only be linked to a myHome profile once. If one of your accounts
has been linked without your knowledge and permission, please email (email to be
confirmed) and we will get in touch with you.
I forgot my password, how do I retrieve it?
Click the “Forgot password” link in the myHome home page and enter your email address,
Service Reference Number or myBro number linked to your myHome profile. You will
receive a verification email with instructions on how to reset your password.
How do I retrieve both my username and password?
If you were able to link at least one myBro account to myHome, you may click on
“Forgot password?” in the myHome home page and enter your email address, Service
Reference Number or myBro number linked to your myHome profile. You will receive
a verification email with instructions to reset your password and your myHome username.
You need to reset your password within 24 hours to access your myHome profile.
Will I get notifications from myHome whenever there are changes in my account?
Yes. For your added security and peace of mind, an email notification is sent each
time a modification (i.e., linking or unlinking of account, password reset, etc.)
is made in your account to your registered email address.
Why did you separate myBro accounts from the Smart website?
We're moving myBro to the new HOME! As part of transitioning myBro to the HOME brand,
myBro online account management will be moved to myHome portal under http://www.pldthome.com
effective April 16, 2013.

Can I transfer my.Smart accounts to myHome?
Given that only myBro will be transitioned to the HOME brand, only myBro accounts
will be moved to myHome. All other Smart accounts will still be managed in my.Smart.
