1. The PLDT Home Switch Voucher Promo will run from April 25 until July 31, 2024. Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-191567 Series of 2024.
2. The promo is open to all new customers of the qualified PLDT Home Fiber Plans switching from a competitor’s postpaid broadband service. All eligible customers shall be entitled to the following benefits upon successful installation of their PLDT Home Fiber Plan within the promo period:

    

   50% Off on Monthly Service Fee for 6 months

   • A discount of 50% on applicable Monthly Service Fee (MSF) for a period of six (6) months
   • Free installation and modem activation fees worth Php 3,600

   Or

   Free Speedboost for 12 months

3. All eligible new customers will also receive a free P500 Lazada gift card upon activation of their PLDT Home Rewards account. The customer will receive an SMS on the steps on how to claim the gift card.
   
   

   HOW TO REGISTER TO PLDT HOME REWARDS

   All eligible customers will already have a pre-enrolled PLDT Home Rewards account. They will just have to activate their account via these steps:
   1. Go to the PLDT Home Rewards portal (https://rewards.pldthome.com/login).
   2. Log in using your registered mobile number and accept the Terms and Conditions.
   3. Input the One-Time Password sent to your mobile number.
   4. Nominate a password.
   5. You’ve activated your PLDT Home Rewards account. Your enrolled PLDT account should appear on the dashboard.

   HOW TO REDEEM THE FREE P500 LAZADA GIFT CARD IN THE PLDT HOME REWARDS PORTAL

   1. Log in to the PLDT Home Rewards portal (https://rewards.pldthome.com/login).
   2. Choose the P500 Lazada gift card in the dashboard and click ‘Redeem’ to see your gift card code.
   3. Go to coupons to see the redeemed gift card details.
   The customer may claim the P500 Lazada gift card in the PLDT Home Rewards Portal anytime.
   

    

   HOW TO USE THE FREE P500 LAZADA GIFT CARD

   Apply the gift card code upon checking out your Lazada purchase via the app or the website.
   • The gift card may not be valid for use on sale or certain promotional items/services.
   • The gift card is for one-time use only. If total value of the gift card is not used, no cash change will be given.
   • The gift card doesn’t have an expiry date.
   • The gift card is applicable to all types of payment method.
   • The gift card is not exchangeable for cash, credit or other goods and services.
   • All cancelled orders will not be valid for re-instatement of gift card codes.
   • The use of the gift card is subject to the Lazada Voucher Terms and Conditions.
   • The gift card is not applicable to digital goods, stores with digital goods product/s, milk products for 3 years old below (under the Milk Code) and other goods from blacklisted sellers set by Lazada.
4. Customers must submit the following documents to avail of the promo:
   • Customer Application Form (CAF)
   • One valid ID
   • Signed PLDT Switch Offer Subscription Contract
   • Recent competitor’s statement of account or 2 recent official receipts for competitor bills payment (name and address on this document should be the same with the application name and address)
5. Customers can avail of the promo nationwide in all PLDT Home booths, PLDT Sales & Service Centers, Smart Stores, Cignal Stores, PLDT Hotline 171, official PLDT Home mobile app, other authorized agents, authorized key account partners and via the pldthome.com website.
