What will happen to my Fiber Prepaid account if I failed to top up for more than 180 days?

If there is no top up within 180 days since the expiration of the last top up, your account will be disconnected.

After disconnection and you wish to reconnect your Fiber Prepaid service, you will need to apply again and pay the one-time fee of P999.

What is the minimum top up amount to make my prepaid account active?

You are encouraged to top up 7-day load of your preferred speed. Top up within 180 days to avoid permanent disconnection.
