No. There is no upfront cash-out required when you apply for Fiber Netflix Plan. However, a ₱100 monthly installation fee for your internet service will be charged for 36 months as part of your monthly bill.
If your application is eligible for the Fiber Sale Promo, the internet installation fee will be waived.
Your Fiber Netflix plan comes with a Basic Netflix subscription, which includes:
- Streaming in HD resolution
- Watch on 1 supported device at a time
- Download content to 1 supported device for offline viewing
Fiber Unli All Plans come with a landline that allows you to enjoy Unli Calls. With this feature, you get to enjoy free and unlimited calls from your landline to five (5) nominated Smart/Sun/TnT numbers.
You can now activate your Netflix subscription through MyHome. Simply log in to your MyHome account and follow these instructions to activate your Netflix plan.
Alternatively, PLDT Home and Netflix will send an activation link to your mobile number and email address on record. If you have not received the link, you may contact PLDT Home through its social media accounts or call 171.
Once you have clicked on the link to activate your Netflix subscription that’s included with your PLDT Fiber broadband, just use the same credentials as your existing Netflix account to switch your billing to the PLDT bundle.
If your existing Netflix subscription is billed through Apple, you will need to manually cancel your Apple billing arrangement to avoid being double billed for your Netflix when you activate your Netflix plan.
