The PLDT Home – Max Voucher Promo will run from November 28, 2024 to January 27, 2025. Per DTI Fair Trade Permit No. FTEB-208531 Series of 2024.
All eligible new customers will get a complimentary access to the Max Standard Plan for 2 months. This will be dispensed through a voucher code to be sent to the registered mobile number of the customer via SMS within January 28 to February 3, 2025. The voucher code is valid until March 18, 2025 and must be redeemed on or before this date.

The promo is applicable to all new customers of Fiber Unli All Plan 1799, got approved and installed within the promo period.

Customers can avail of the promo nationwide in all PLDT Home booths, PLDT Sales & Service Centers, Smart Stores, Cignal Stores, PLDT Hotline 171, official PLDT Home mobile app, other authorized agents, authorized key account partners and via the pldthome.com website.

Code valid for redemption of a Max account only at max.com/redeem and must be redeemed by 18 March 2025. With this code you will get complimentary access to the Max Standard plan for 2 months for the agreed business purpose only.

After your promotional period, your subscription will end. Code valid for one time use only. This code is personal to you as an eligible PLDT customer only and cannot be transferred or sold. Not available to existing subscribers. Philippines residents who are over 18 or the age of majority only. The PLDT Home – Max Promo is open is open to all new customers of Fiber Unli All Plan 1799.
All subscriptions are subject to PLDT Home’s standard credit screening and facility check.
By availing this promo, the customer understands that;
- By accepting the voucher code, the customer agrees to hold PLDT free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the item.
- They are agreeable to having their names in all PLDT advertising materials related to the promo.
Subscription is subject to the standard lock-in period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation. Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) Monthly Service Fee (MSF) of the subscribed plan plus the remaining depreciated cost of device (modem).
All indicated internet speeds are subject to 30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.
