Who will submit complete application at any PLDT store nationwide from April 4 – April 23, 2022, and subsequently get installed. All eligible new subscribers shall also be entitled to waived installation and modem activation.

The free HBO Go Subscription for 3 months will be given out in codes to the subscribers who will qualify on the week of May 30, 2022 via SMS and Email.
- How to claim you HBO GO Voucher subscription:

  - Create/Sign-in with your HBO GO account
  - Enjoy streaming!
- Voucher code is valid until June 30, 2022.
Employees of PLDT Inc., and their agencies, subsidiaries as well as their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
Promo is exclusive only to New PLDT Home subscribers.

Terms and Conditions

All applications are subject to the standard PLDT credit policy.
Only customers who will apply at PLDT Stores are eligible for this promo.
By availing this promo, the customer understands that:
- Premium Item
  - By accepting the voucher codes, the customer agrees to hold PLDT free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the premium item.
  - Voucher Code is one-time use only. Once used, voucher will be invalid.
  - Upon expiration of promo, the HBO GO subscription will be cancelled and subscription fees will apply.
PLDT reserves the right to refuse the awarding of prizes to participants that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent.
This promo may overlap with any existing promo that runs simultaneously. Customers can avail of both promos.

Control Measures

A list of eligible subscribers will be extracted through a PLDT system and will be verified by PLDT representatives.
ALL subscribers who applied for ALL PLDT Home Fiber, Plus and Biz plan 2099 – plan 9999 during the promo period (April 4 - April 23, 2022) and gets successfully installed within thirty (30) days from the end of the promo period will get 3-mos HBO GO Subscription.
