1. Enroll your PLDT account to the PLDT Home Rewards Program and start earning crystals and raffle entries together with your account transactions.
2. You will only be qualified to start earning raffle entries upon successful and confirmed registration to the PLDT Home Rewards program
3. You will earn 1 raffle entry for every 5 crystals that you earn in the rewards program.
4. You will have a chance to win in all the weekly raffle draws, monthly raffle draws and the grand draw.
   1. Earned raffle entries will be accumulated and qualified for the Weekly / Monthly Draw.
   2. All non-winning raffle entries earned previously will be included in the current weekly / monthly draw
   3. All non-winning raffle entries earned from the beginning of the promo period until the end of the promo period will be accumulated and qualified for the GRAND DRAW.
   4. If a subscriber is drawn more than once during the same raffle period, the registered subscriber shall get the prize of higher value.
   5. Winners must have a current PLDT postpaid account, with no outstanding balance to claim their raffle prize.
5. Raffle entries from program members will be drawn monthly from April to September 2021. Weekly and monthly draws from October to December 8, 2021.
6. Program members may check about the amount of his/her valid raffle entries by logging into his/her PLDT Home Rewards account via the MVP Rewards App.
7. Promo will run from April 15 – December 8, 2021.
8. Announcement of winners will be posted in PLDT’s website and official social media platforms; and will be notified via call-out, email and registered mail.
9. Employees of PLDT Inc., and their agencies, subsidiaries as well as their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
10. Qualified entries shall be extracted on draw dates in the tables below. Marketing and DTI representative shall draw the winners as scheduled via MSTeams (online).:

1. For Tax Settlement of Prizes :
   • 20% Tax for all prizes above P10,000 will be shouldered by PLDT.
2. Claiming of Prizes:
   1. For Devices this will be delivered via courier to the address provided by the winner. Winner must be able to show one (1) valid government ID upon delivery of the prize.
   2. For Cash Prizes this will be credited via bank transfer. The winners will be requested to provide their bank details as well for the crediting of their prize.
   3. For the Php 100,000 worth of ShopeePay Credits (August & September promo periods only):
      • Winners should be existing owners of a verified ShopeePay account or should be amenable to the creation of the same day up to a maximum of 60 days; with winners adhering to existing ShopeePay’s processes, policies, terms and conditions.
      • For ShopeePay Prize winners, prize will be a one-time credit. Crediting of the Php 100,000 prize will require zero credits on their Shopee Pay account on the calendar month the prize is awarded as existing Shopee policies limit ShopeePay wallet inflows and outflows to a maximum Php 100,000 every calendar month.
      • In cases where the winner has had more than zero inflow/outflow credits on his ShopeePay account during the month of intended awarding, crediting will be made the 1st day of the following month on instructions to the winner to zero out his wallet before the current month end.
      • Prizes from the PLDT Home Rewards Grand Giveaway raffle draw will be strictly coursed through ShopeePay and will not be paid in cash.
   4. For the SM Gift Cards worth P150,000 (October & November promo periods only), winners will be requested to provide their details for the SM Gift Card pick-up process in the PLDT Store nearest to the winner.
   5. For the Crate and Barrel Grand Prizes, only PLDT Home subscribers whose installation addresses are located in the National Capital Region will be eligible for the prize, given the existing Crate & Barrel store footprint, presently located in SM Megamall in Mandaluyong, SM Aura in Taguig and SM Makati.
      • Winner can shop multiple times until prize amount is fully consumed. Amount excess of the prize is shouldered by the customer.
      • Crate and Barrel will provide the winners with a purchase history card in their initial visit to their preferred branch, upon coordination with Crate and Barrel, and the card should be presented in the next consecutive visits.
      • The purchase history card will be signed and approved by the respective Store Manager of the Crate and Barrel branch visited by the winners upon every purchase.
      • Prize can be consumed until March 2022 only.
      • Balance credits not fully consumed will be forfeited and is up to the discretion of PLDT on how this will be used.
      • Delivery fees shall be on the account of the winner and are not chargeable to the shopping credits.
      • Crate and Barrel standard operating procedures, delivery, returns and exchange policies shall apply.
