Terms and Conditions

1. Only customers with newly registered and verified Shopee accounts are entitled to avail of the promo discount from Shopee on their first order
2. Promo discount is ₱100 off with a minimum spend of ₱500
3. Promo code is valid for one-time use between November 10, 2021 to December 15, 2021
4. Promo code is valid until 60 days after the end of promo duration.
5. Promo code is valid for one-time use for eligible Shopee users only.
6. Promo code cannot be applied retroactively.
7. Promo code cannot be reapplied after a qualified order has been cancelled by the user.
8. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
9. Promo discounts are only valid on Preferred and Shopee Mall stores excluding products under the “Loads, Bills, and eServices” category.
10. Promo discount is valid on orders to be delivered via Shopee integrated couriers: Standard Delivery (via Shopee Xpress)

11. The promo is non-transferrable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed priced items, unless otherwise provided.
12. No extension will be given for an expired discount code.
13. Promo discount is applicable to unique and valid Shopee accounts only. Shopee reserves the right not to award the discount to users suspected to be invalid or fraudulent with prior approval of DTI. An account must meet the following conditions to be considered eligible and valid:
    1. must have registered for a Shopee account within the promo duration
    2. must have one (1) account per unique device only
    3. must be the user’s first time to purchase on Shopee (new active user)
    4. must not have claimed any item under the Welcome Package (physical or digital free gift) program within the promo duration
    5. must not have any “Load, Bill & eServices” purchase prior to entering the promo code
14. By joining this promo, the user confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
15. Shopee reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions with prior approval of DTI.
16. Any dispute in relation to this activity shall be resolved and decided by Shopee with prior approval of DTI. All decisions shall be deemed final
17. Shopee reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are suspected to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of the system).
