PLDT Home’s Plan Renewal Offer is open to select PLDT Home Subscribers with plans outside of lock-in period.
Subscribers who avail of the offer agree to refresh their lock-in period for another 36 months. The Renewal Offer includes:

- Free Speedboost on the next higher plan for 2 months
- Bonus 50 Crystals from PLDT Home Rewards
Qualified subscribers will receive an email, Viber or SMS message informing them that they qualify for the offer. Availment can be through either of the following means --
- Confirming availment of the Plan Renewal offer with a designated PLDT Home telemarketing agent who will call the customer to inform them that they qualify for the offer.
- Applying for the Plan Renewal offer by signing up through a webform accessible through a link they will receive via email, Viber or SMS message (pldthome.com/renewyourplan). Confirmation of offer availment will be upon subscriber’s receipt of a confirmation SMS from PLDT that their application has been processed successfully.

The 36 month lock-in period will start on the date of the delivery of the Wifi Mesh set.
Awarding of the bonus Rewards Crystals will be on the basis of their PLDT Home Rewards membership status:
- Existing PLDT Home Rewards members will automatically receive the Crystals within the defined crediting period.
- Non-PLDT Home Rewards members will need to sign up to the program via pldthome.com/rewards. Crystal awarding will only be upon successful sign-up to the program, subject to registration rules and conditions (details: PLDT Home Customer Loyalty & Reward Program | PLDT Home).
Crediting of PLDT Home Crystals will be within 14 days after the relock-in period commences.
Subscribers’ speed boost will be turned-on 14 days after the relock-in period commences and will last for 2 months from the date the speed boost is activated.

Terms and Conditions

All of PLDT’s General Terms & Conditions applicable to all PLDT services, as stipulated in: pldthome.com/termsandconditions also encompasses this offer.
A thirty six (36) months commitment period shall apply to lock-in contract of the customer who shall avail of the Promo.
The Tenda Wifi Mesh provided under the Promo shall be subscriber-owned. A 7-day warranty applies to the Tenda Wifi Mesh units whereby customers can exchange a defective device up to two (2) times.
The free speedboost shall be implemented upon availment of the Promo and shall be enjoyed for 2 months after which the broadband plan shall revert to the subscribed speed.
Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) months MSF applicable to the subscribed plan.
Qualified PLDT Home broadband subscribers who have availed of other offers may still apply for the Promo.
Eligible subscribers may avail of the Promo through official plan renewal channels designated by PLDT (presently, Telesales, SMS reply, and PLDT Home Plan Renewal webform)
Bonus Crystals will automatically be credited to PLDT Home Rewards Members. Non-members will need to enroll to PLDT Home Rewards via pldthome.com/rewards to receive their bonus crystals.
