Request for Reconnection

  1. Get started by sending us a message at PLDT Home Messenger.
  2. Accept the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy to proceed.
  3. Click Yes for existing PLDT Home subscribers. Please have your account number and telephone number ready to continue. These can be found in your Statement of Account.
  4. From the main menu, select "Billing Services" and choose "Request Reconnection”
