Promo Mechanics

1. The PLDT Home Speedboost Promo is valid from January 1 until March 31, 2025.
2. The promo is open to all new and existing customers of selected PLDT Home Fiber Plans. Eligible customers shall be entitled to a free speed upgrade to the next higher Plan (as applicable) for a period of six (6) months from date of service activation. Upon the lapse thereof, plans shall revert to their respective regular speed as indicated in the table below.

4. Customers can avail of the promo nationwide in all PLDT Home booths, PLDT Sales & Service Centers, Smart Stores, Signal Stores, PLDT Hotline 171, other authorized agents, authorized key account partners and via the pldthome.com website.
5. The following terms and conditions shall apply to the promo:
   • The promo is applicable to new connect only.
   • Speedboost will be forfeited for plan downgrades or if account is inactive. Upgraded speed will resume upon payment of the full outstanding balance and line reconnection.
   • Applications are subject to PLDT Home’s standard credit screening and facility check.
   • For new customers:
     • Subscription is subject to the standard lock-in period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation. Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) Monthly Service Fee of the subscribed plan plus the remaining depreciated cost of the modem.
   • For plan upgrades and existing customers:
     • No refresh lock-in. Amortized device/s (if applicable) and existing installation fees should be carried over.
   • Refresh lock-in for 36 months only if upgrading to plans with device inclusions.
   • Subscription is subject to the standard lock-in period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation. Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) Monthly Service Fee of the subscribed plan plus the remaining depreciated cost of the modem.
   • All devices are PLDT owned, and units shall be replaced once defective subject to standard device warranties.
   • All indicated internet speeds are subject to 30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.
