What are the documents that I need to provide to join?
Interested subscribers must submit the following documents:
- Valid ID
- Switch Subscription Contract
- Signed Customer Information Sheet
- Competitor Bill or two (2) latest Official Receipts
If I applied within the promo period but my plan was activated after the promo period, am I still qualified for the promo?
If installed after the promo period, you will still enjoy the following benefits as these come with our regular Switch plans:

However, you will not qualify for the raffle draw.
I applied for a PLDT Home Fiber Plan within the promo period but due to delays on PLDT’s side, my service was activated after the promo period. Can I be considered in the raffle and the free cystal offer?
No. Only successfully activated applications within the promo period will qualify for the raffle.
How will I know that I’ve won on the promo?
Should you be one of the winners, your name will be posted on the PLDT Home Facebook page via an art card. You will also receive an SMS from PLDT Home and a call from PLDT’s accredited third party agency, Promo Exchange Incorporated, using this phone number: 09086210944.
To avoid delays in delivery, please ensure that your contact numbers are updated and your home address is correct.
When will my prize be delivered to my home address?
The prize will be delivered to your home address by PLDT’s accredited third party agency, Promo Exchange Incorporated, within 60 days from draw/announcement date.
I haven’t received my prize. Where can I follow up?

The device that I received is defective, can I request a replacement?
PLDT is not reponsible for the replacement and repair of the devices. However, they are covered by our partner brands’ manufacturing warranty.
If you have concerns on the device that you received, you may get in touch directly with our partner brands’ accredited service centers directly and just present the following requirements:
- The defective device, complete with box and all the inclusions (with device serial number)
- Acknowledgement Receipt / Online Tracking Receipt and
- SMS notification from PLDT Home proving that you won the raffle promo .
