  3. All eligible new subscribers shall be entitled to a raffle entry for a chance to win any of the following prizes:

    Winners will be selected via an electronic raffle, which will be conducted online at the end of each month in the presence of PLDT and DTI representatives. Winners will be identified based on their account subscription.
  4. Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be converted to cash, and each subscriber may win only once throughout the entire promo period.
  5. Interested subscribers must submit the following documents to avail of the offer
    • Valid ID
    • Switch Subscription Contract
    • Signed Customer Information Sheet
    • Competitor Bill or two (2) latest Official Receipts
  6. Customers can avail of the promo nationwide in all PLDT Home booths, PLDT Sales & Service Centers, Smart Stores, PLDT-Smart stores, Cignal Stores, PLDT Hotline 171, official PLDT Home mobile app, authorized agents, authorized key account partners, and via the pldthome.com website.
  7. Winners will be notified via SMS, registered mail, and email one day after the raffle date
  8. Prizes will be delivered to the winners' home addresses within 60 days after the raffle, free of charge.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All subscriptions are subject to PLDT Home’s standard credit screening and facility check.
  2. Applicant must be a subscriber of other internet service providers to qualify for the promo.
  3. By availing this offer, the customer understands that:
    • By accepting the prizes, the winner agrees to hold PLDT Inc. free and harmless from any loss, injury, or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the program or caused by or arising from his/her acceptance and/or use of the prize.
    • Customer may reach out to any of the PLDT channels for any service-related issue.
    • They are agreeable to having their names in all PLDT advertising materials related to the promo.
  4. Subscription is subject to the standard lock-in period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of installation. Pre-termination fee shall be equal to three (3) Monthly Service Fee (MSF) of the subscribed plan plus the remaining depreciated cost of device (modem).
  5. PLDT Home’s free installation and modem activation offer for switchers will apply.
  6. All indicated internet speeds are subject to 30% minimum speed at 80% service reliability.
  7. Employees of PLDT Inc., and their agencies, subsidiaries as well as their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.

CONTROL MEASURES

  1. A DTI representative will be invited to check the system before the approval of the promo.
  2. For the raffle, a list of eligible subscribers will be extracted through a PLDT system and will be inputted in the third-party online raffle system, ‘Random Picker’, through a random number generator via an excel file list.
  3. System Description – ‘Random Picker’ is an online automated raffle system generated by PLDT Home. This platform allows a random generation of winners from an excel list of eligible subscribers.
  4. Raffle Draw Procedure
    • The list of eligible subscribers during the promo period will be extracted.
    • A raffle number will be assigned to each qualified subscriber.
    • The extracted file with the assigned raffle numbers will be loaded to the third-party online raffle system, ‘Random Picker’. The total number of raffle entries and winners will be configured in the system.
    • The ‘Random Picker’ processes and generates the winning raffle numbers.
  5. Winners will be verified by PLDT and DTI representatives.

What are the documents that I need to provide to join?

Interested subscribers must submit the following documents:

  • Valid ID
  • Switch Subscription Contract

  • Competitor Bill or two (2) latest Official Receipts

If I applied within the promo period but my plan was activated after the promo period, am I still qualified for the promo?

If installed after the promo period, you will still enjoy the following benefits as these come with our regular Switch plans:

  • 50% OFF for 6 months or Free Speedboost for 1 year
  • Free Installation and modem activation
  • Free landline with unlimited calls to PLDT and 5 nominated Smart/TNT mobile numbers

However, you will not qualify for the raffle draw.

I applied for a PLDT Home Fiber Plan within the promo period but due to delays on PLDT’s side, my service was activated after the promo period. Can I be considered in the raffle and the free cystal offer?

No. Only successfully activated applications within the promo period will qualify for the raffle.

How will I know that I’ve won on the promo?

Should you be one of the winners, your name will be posted on the PLDT Home Facebook page via an art card. You will also receive an SMS from PLDT Home and a call from PLDT’s accredited third party agency, Promo Exchange Incorporated, using this phone number: 09086210944.

To avoid delays in delivery, please ensure that your contact numbers are updated and your home address is correct.

When will my prize be delivered to my home address?

The prize will be delivered to your home address by PLDT’s accredited third party agency, Promo Exchange Incorporated, within 60 days from draw/announcement date.

I haven’t received my prize. Where can I follow up?

For concerns regarding the delivery of prizes, you may get in touch directly with PLDT’s accredited third party agency, Procast Incorporated at 09086210944.

The device that I received is defective, can I request a replacement?

PLDT is not reponsible for the replacement and repair of the devices. However, they are covered by our partner brands’ manufacturing warranty.

If you have concerns on the device that you received, you may get in touch directly with our partner brands’ accredited service centers directly and just present the following requirements:

  • The defective device, complete with box and all the inclusions (with device serial number)
  • Acknowledgement Receipt / Online Tracking Receipt and
  • SMS notification from PLDT Home proving that you won the raffle promo .
