1. There are two ways to win tickets to Saturday Night Fever:
1. First Way to win: Existing subscribers must register for iflix: www.pldthome.iflix.com or Fox International Channels: www.pldthome.com/fox.
• Open to all active PLDT HOME DSL and Fibr subscribers in GMM only
• All those who registered will be raffled off.
• There will only be 5 winners. Each winner will be given 2 tickets each.
2. Second Way to win: New applicants must subscribe to HOME DSL Plan 1299 or any Fibr Plan via pldthome.com
• Applicant must be approved and must have paid the initial fees to qualify (if applicable)
• All new applicants will instantly win 2 tickets each.
2. Raffle draw dates for First Way to win:
1. July 16 – 3pm (considered registrants on July 16)
2. July 23 – 3pm (considered registrants from July 17 to 22)
3. The e-raffle will be conducted following the schedule above at the PLDT Main Office, Ramon Cojuangco Building, Makati Avenue, Makati City with the presence of a DTI representative.
4. Promo will run from July 15 to July 22, 2015.
5. Subscribers who are on temporary or permanent disconnection status during the raffle draw are disqualified.

• July 19
• July 24
• July 25
• July 26
7. Winners may only win once.
8. Winners will be informed through registered mail, call-out, text and email.
9. Winners may claim their tickets at the venue (Solaire Resort and Casino) at the booth at least an hour before the show. (c/o Dom Layugan). Unclaimed tickets will be forfeited.
10. Winners will be required to present (2) valid IDs, notification letter and sign acknowledgement receipt upon claiming their prize.
11. Employees of PLDT and its subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising and promotion agencies including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this raffle.
12. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

Control Measures

1. A DTI representative shall be invited to check the computer program to be used for assigning random raffle numbers and for drawing winners.
2. A list of the properties of the computer program shall be printed and given to the DTI representative after verification.
3. A DTI representative will be invited to be present during the raffle draws defined in the mechanic 5.
4. Electronic raffle numbers equivalent to the member’s account number will be assigned to all qualified members at random before drawing of the winners in the presence of a DTI representative.
