Why am I being charged of a partial monthly service fee?

Following the new billing period, your bill may reflect a partial monthly service fee that is equal to the days when you used the service from the previous statement date up to your new statement date. This is added on top of your regular monthly service fee. Your next bill will reflect the usual full monthly service fee only.

Partial monthly service fee will also apply if you request for upgrade/downgrade, transfer or reconnection of service. This only means that you are being charged for the pro-rated charges incurred upon activation of service before or after your bill cut-off. Your billing will normalize on your succeeding billing period.

For the newly installed customers starting July 1, 2021, there will be no pro-rata charges and you will pay only for your subscribed plan.
