| 1 | Promo is open to ALL EXISTING PLDT HOME ULTERA and PLDT HOME BRO subscribers in GMM. Subscriber should be active without outstanding balance as of February 11, 2015, 12:00PM, and will automatically qualify to the promo. Each active subscriber is equivalent to one (1) raffle entry. |
| 2 | Subscribers who are on temporary or permanent disconnection status during the raffle draw are disqualified. |
| 3 | The e-raffle will be conducted on February 11, 4pm at the PLDT Main Office, Ramon Cojuangco Building, Makati Avenue, Makati City with the presence of a DTI representative. |
| 4 | There will be 11 winners of two (2) Patron B tickets worth P3,170.00 each on February 14, 2015 |
| 5 | Non-winning entries on the last draw will be included in the 2nd draw. In case a name is drawn more than once, he gets the price of the higher value. |
| 6 | Winners may only win once. |
| 7 | Winners will be informed through registered mail, call-out, text and email. Names of winners will also be posted in PLDT Home website.

| 9 | Winners will be required to present (2) valid IDs, notification letter and sign an acknowledgement receipt upon claiming their prize. |
