Ultera Takatack Promo Mechanics

1	Promo is from November 27 - December 31, 2017.
2	Promo is open to all new PLDT Home Ultera subscribers and existing PLDT HOME Ultera subscribers migrating to PLDT HOME Fibr or PLDT HOME DSL.
3	All applications within the promo period shall receive a 25% discount from Takatack.
4	Subscribers may apply at any PLDT HOME booth, Sales and Service center, or pldthome.com to avail of the promo.
5	An electronic email containing the e-voucher will be sent within 5 days after the Ultera or DSL/Fibr service has been activated.

How to Avail of the Voucher Discount

Upon payment, enter the e-voucher code to avail of the discount.

*No minimum purchase requirement for the discount vouchers, but only a maximum discount of P2,000.00 can be availed.
*The e-voucher may only be used for 1 purchase. The e-voucher expires on March 31, 2018.
