How much should I pay if I avail of the Fiber Unli All Plan?

Fiber Unli All 1399 has a Monthly Service Fee of P1,399 while Fiber Unli All 1799 has a Monthly Service Fee of P1,799. Any charges shall reflect in the monthly billing statement sent to the customers.

What are the other fees I must pay to avail of the Fiber Unli All Plan?

Applicants of the Fiber Unli All Plan must pay for the Broadband Installation and Modem Activation Fee amounting to P3,600. Cignal’s Set Top Box and Activation Fee are free-of-charge.

What’s my contract period if I avail of the Fiber Unli All Plan?

The Fiber Unli All plans have a contract period of 36 months.

Do you have a Fiber Plan without a contract or lock-in period?

Only plans with a lock-in period are currently available. However, no lock-up plans will be made available soon.

Can I upgrade my existing Fiber Unli All Plan to a higher Fiber Unli All Plan?

Yes, you can upgrade Fiber Unli All 1399 plan to Fiber Unli All 1799 at no cost.

Can I downgrade my existing Fiber Unli All plan to a lower variant?

Yes, you may request for a downgrade in the Fiber Unli App plan but you will incur a downgrade fee of P500 if it is still within the contract or lock-in period. Charges in device amortization and installation fees will also be carried over, if applicable.

When will I be billed for the Fiber Unli All plan?

The billing will start once all services have been installed i.e. Broadband, Landline, and Cignal. This will appear in the monthly billing statement based on your billing cycle.

Where can I watch Cignal?

You can watch Cignal exclusively on TV with HDMI port as this is a cable TV subscription.

What if I don't have a TV?

A TV with an HDMI port is required at home to enjoy Cignal subscription.

How many Cignal channels are included in Fiber Unli All plans?

For the Fiber Unli All bundle, Cignal shall provide access to 85 Live channels consisting of 67 Standard-Definition (SD) channels and another 18 High-Definition (HD) channels.

Will the Broadband, Landline, and Cignal be installed at the same time? How long does it take to have the services installed upon approval of the application?

Our installers will aim to install the Broadband, Landline, and Cignal at the same time. There are some cases when customers residing in high-rise buildings and condominiums would have to wait for 24 to 48 hours for Cignal to be installed after the installation of Broadband and Landline services.

Can I choose not to activate the Cignal service to reduce my Fiber Unli All plan charges?

Please note that the Cignal plan is bundled with the Fiber Unli All offer and will not impact the monthly pricing. Activation of Cignal is a mandatory inclusion and cannot be opted out of.

Is there any preparation needed on the Customer side before or during the installation?

Installation is free and it comes with maximum cable allocation for Cignal is 5m long to connect the fiber modem to Cignal STB box. Kindly prepare ahead placement of Cignal STB box within 5m range. In excess of provided cable, customer must provide CAT5 or CAT6 cable.

Is there a free trial period for the full channel line-up of the Cignal plan?

Yes, there is a free trial period of 7 days for the customers to enjoy the full Cignal plan which will be activated immediately after the installation. On the 8th day, only the 85 Live channels part of the Fiber Unli All bundle will be received through Cignal’s Set Top Box.

Where can I find the latest Cignal channel line-up that's part of the Fiber Unli Plan?

As mentioned, the Set Top Box is free. What If I need an additional Set Top Box? Is this possible?

Yes, you can have an additional Set Top Box at P230 per unit per month. You can avail of up to 2 additional Set Top Boxes per line.

Can I upgrade the Cignal plan in Fiber Unli All Plan to a higher plan of Cignal (e.g. Cignal 520, 720, 1050, 1350, and 1650)?

How does the Unli Mobile Calls feature work?

Our Fiber Unli All Plans come with a landline that allows you to enjoy Unli Mobile Calls. With this feature, you get to enjoy free and unlimited calls from your landline to five (5) nominated Smart/Sun/TnT numbers.

Is there anything I need to do to activate the Unli Mobile Calls feature?

Your Unli Mobile Calls will be automatically activated within 24 to 48 hours upon installation of your Fiber Unli All services. We will also send you an SMS to inform you once the said service is already activated so you can nominate your five (5) Smart/Sun/TnT numbers.

How can I nominate five (5) Smart/Sun/TnT numbers?

You can nominate mobile numbers for your Unli Mobile Calls via PLDT myHome accessible thru this link my.pldthome.com. Through myHome, you can also manage your PLDT account/s to view and pay for your bills and to avail of value-added services that can be charged to your bill.

Can I change my nominated numbers?

Yes, you can change your nominated numbers through your PLDT myHome account. Please note that you can only do so every 30 days.

Are there other charges I should expect when I’m using the Unli Mobile Calls feature?

With the Fiber Unli All Plans, you can enjoy the Unli Calls feature at no extra cost. With this service, you can make free and unlimited calls to your five (5) nominated Smart/Sun/TnT numbers. You will only incur additional costs if you make NDD or IDD calls or calls to other Smart/Sun/TnT/Globe mobile numbers that are not part of your nominated numbers, from your landline. Does the Unli Mobile Calls feature come with a telset?

Fiber Unli All plans come with a standard wired landline telset, through which you can enjoy Unli Mobile Calls. If I don’t redeem it, will there be a reduction in my Fiber Unli All Plan charges?

No, there will be no reduction in your Fiber Unli All charges if you do not avail. However, we highly encourage you to avail your PLDT Home Health Pass which is available until August 31, 2023.

Can I give the PLDT Home Health Pass to anyone?

Yes, your PLDT Home Health pass is transferable.

How can I avail of the free Lifeline Ambulance service?

Upon activating your PLDT Home Health Pass via the mWell app, kindly make sure you register your details for the Lifeline Ambulance service. The service may be availed by clicking on the ‘Emergency’ hotline button in the mWell app.
