How can I join the PLDT Home Rewards program?

You may register at https://pldthome.com/rewards. Click Sign up now and follow the steps. Make sure that you are the primary account holder of PLDT Home subscription.

Can a non-PLDT Home subscriber be a Rewards member?

Only the customer on record of the PLDT Home account is eligible to be a Rewards member.

How many accounts can I enroll?

Members may enroll a maximum of 5 PLDT Home accounts, provided that the accounts are under the member's name.

Can Home Biz and Corporate account holders be Rewards members?

At the moment, Home Biz and Corporate accounts are not yet eligible to be Rewards members. Stay tuned for updates.

I already joined PLDT Home Rewards but the dashboard says my membership is pending or that I have no linked PLDT account. What do I do?

It is likely you entered a name that does not match the name of the customer as it appears in our records. Please create another Home Rewards account using the exact details on your PLDT bill. Sign up again at https://rewards.pldthome.com/login https://rewards.pldthome.com/login.

How do I earn Crystals under the PLDT Home Rewards Program?

There are many ways to earn Crystals under PLDT Home Rewards. Some require one time action such as joining the program, for which you receive 20 Welcome Crystals. Others require you to accomplish tasks, such as paying your PLDT bill on time and in full or upgrading your plan, or completing missions like paying three consecutive monthly payments per quarter. Do my Crystals expire?

Crystals earned this current calendar year will expire on April 1 of the following year or upon permanent disconnection of the service. Ex. Crystals earned in January 1 to December 31, 2023 (current year) will expire on April 1, 2024 (next year).

Where do I use my Crystals?

Use your Crystals by redeeming discounts and treats such as bill rebates and e-coupons from retail and dining partners in the PLDT Home Rewards Marketplace.

  1. Log in to PLDT Home Rewards at https://rewards.pldthome.com/login.
  2. Click “REDEEM NOW” under your Crystals Balance.
  3. Members choose from the list of reward items under PLDT Home and click REDEEM.
  4. Members must have sufficient Crystals balance to cover the item being redeemed.
  5. Confirmation of rewards item redemption is reflected in the transaction history.

I’m expecting Crystals from a Promo and I still haven’t received it?

Promo Crystals may be credited as fast as 7 days upon successful transaction or up to 7-14 days after the promo period.

What will happen to my MVP-Rewards account?

The MVP Rewards program was discontinued on January 1, 2023. If you have a PLDT Home account linked to your MVP Rewards membership, your member records and PLDT Home Rewards transaction data will be migrated to the new PLDT Home Rewards platform starting June 14, 2023. This means that you will be able to continue using your PLDT Home Rewards crystals to redeem rewards on the new platform.

If you are an MVP Rewards member with no linked PLDT account, all your membership records will be deleted on June 14, 2023. This means that you will no longer be able to access your points or redeem rewards.

What do I need to do to continue on with PLDT Rewards?

If you have a linked PLDT Home account to your MVP Rewards account, you can continue your PLDT Home Rewards membership by following these three easy steps:

  1. Log in to your account via https://rewards.pldthome.com/login.
  2. Accept the new PLDT Home Rewards program T&Cs.
  3. Nominate a new password.

Once you have completed these steps, you will then be able to continue using your Crystals to redeem rewards on the new platform.

I am not the subscriber-on-record (“SOR”) for the PLDT Home account that is registered to PLDT Rewards. What will happen under the new T&Cs?

The new PLDT Home Rewards program terms and conditions (T&Cs) only allow Subscribers-On-Record or “SOR” to join the program. This means that if you are not the SOR for the PLDT Home account that is registered to your PLDT Home Rewards membership, you will not be able to continue as a member of the program under the new T&Cs.

However, there are two things you can do if you are not the SOR for the PLDT Home account that is registered to your PLDT Home Rewards membership:

  1. Request for a transfer of ownership. If you are the new owner of the PLDT Home account, you can request for a transfer of ownership. To do this, you can read how to accomplish this easily here.
  2. Update your PLDT Home Rewards membership records. If you do not own the PLDT Home account that is registered to your PLDT Home Rewards membership, you can update your membership records to reflect the SOR's information. You can do this by filing a request via email (homerewards@pldt.com.ph), OR if you are not a PLDT subscriber, you may apply for a PLDT service and re-join PLDT Home Rewards.

Failure to update your records by January 1, 2024 will mean that you will not be able earn any additional Rewards Crystals for the rest of 2023 and will result in loss of program membership.

What will happen to the Crystals I have earned from my PLDT Home Rewards membership in 2023?

Your Crystals will remain valid as long as you meet the following requirements:

  • You are the Subscriber-On-Record of the PLDT account linked to your Home Rewards membership.
  • You accept the new PLDT Home Rewards program terms and conditions (T&Cs) and nominate a new password on or before December 31, 2023.

If you meet these requirements, your Crystals will be valid until March 31, 2024. You can use them to redeem rewards on the PLDT Home Rewards platform.

If you do not meet these requirements, your Crystals will expire on January 1, 2024. You will not be able to redeem them or transfer them to another account.

Here are the specific steps to keep your Crystals valid:

  1. Log in to your PLDT Home Rewards account at https://rewards.pldthome.com/login.
  2. Click on the ""Accept T&Cs"" button.
  3. Enter a new password and click on the ""Submit"" button.

If you are not the Subscriber-On-Record, you can still redeem your Crystals until December 31, 2023. However, you will not be able to earn additional Crystals until you are able to update your membership records to match the details of the PLDT subscriber-on-record.

Why do I need to accept the new PLDT Rewards Program T&Cs?

The Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) you previously accepted when you joined the PLDT Home Rewards program were for MVP Rewards, a coalition rewards program owned and operated by MVP Rewards & Loyalty Solutions, Inc. In this program, PLDT Home Rewards was a participating member. However, the MVP Rewards program has been discontinued since January 1, 2023.
The new T&Cs are specific to PLDT Home Rewards, which is now fully owned and managed by PLDT Home. These new T&Cs reflect the changes that have been made to the program since it was launched, as well as the new ownership structure.

Here are some of the key changes in the new T&Cs:
• The program is now only open to Subscribers-On-Record of PLDT Home accounts.
• The program has a new rewards catalog, with a wider variety of rewards to choose from.

If you do not accept the new T&Cs, your PLDT Home Rewards membership will be terminated by January 1, 2024. This means that you will no longer be able to earn or redeem Crystals, and your membership records will be deleted.

I have multiple linked PLDT accounts to my PLDT Home Rewards membership. What will happen to my linked accounts?

You need to de-link and re-link the PLDT accounts you have listed under your PLDT Home Rewards membership. To do so, please visit https://pldthome.com/rewards, and de-link/re-link your accounts

Since our new program T&Cs will only allow Subscribers-On-Record to register and link accounts, any PLDT account/s not under your name can no longer be linked to your Home Rewards membership. You can only link/earn from accounts in which you are the subscriber-on-record.

Where can I access my Home Rewards account?

Starting August 22, 2023, you can access your Home Rewards account via the PLDT Home Rewards webpage https://pldthome.com/rewards and click Log-in, input your mobile number and password.

How can I redeem/use my earned Crystals under the PLDT Home Rewards Program?

Log-in to your PLDT Home Rewards account and click the “Redeem Now” button.

I don’t want to be enrolled in Home Rewards, what do I need to do?

You have two options. First, you can send an email to askhomerewards@pldt.com.ph and request for unenrollment from PLDT Rewards. Second, you can delete or unlink all your PLDT accounts from PLDT Rewards, and in doing so, we will unenroll your PLDT Home Rewards account.
