What are the all-new Fiber plans?

We are enhancing the speed of our PLDT Home Fiber plans to align with your need for a faster internet connection for your online activities.

I am an existing PLDT Fiber customer, will my speed be adjusted?

Yes. The speed adjustment will be applied to all PLDT Home Fiber customers whose lines are capable of the new plan speed.

Existing customers on these new Fiber plans will get the following enhanced speeds:

I am an existing PLDT DSL customer, will I be able to enjoy the all-new Fiber plan speed?

If you are an existing DSL plan customer, we can check if there are available Fiber facilities in your area and facilitate your request for facility upgrade so you can enjoy the all-new Fiber plan speed.

Do I need to pay anything before I receive the speed adjustment?

No. You will enjoy the enhanced speed at no additional cost.

Will there be changes in my contract period?

No. Your service contract/lock-in period will not refresh with this speed adjustment.

Will I enjoy the speed permanently?

I recently upgraded my plan/facility and currently enjoying a speedboost higher than the all-new speed, will I still be able to enjoy my speedboost?

Yes. As promised, you can continue to enjoy your speedboost until December 31, 2021.

I want to downgrade my existing Fiber plan, will there be a fee?

Downgrade fee is waived for customers who are already out of contract. If you wish to downgrade your plan, you may send us a message thru PLDT Cares Messenger or call 171.

When will I enjoy the all-new Fiber speed?

We are currently updating the speeds of our existing Fiber customers to enjoy the all-new Fiber plan speeds. We will notify you as soon as your speed is already upgraded.

I’m planning to apply for a new PLDT Home Fiber plan, will I be able to enjoy the all-new Fiber plan speeds?
