Please ensure that the documents are valid and not expired. For the submission of the required documents, please attach to an email and send to CWT_Retail_PayMan@pldt.com.ph
Once we receive the complete documents, your request will be processed within 10 working days. Please expect an adjustment in your billing statement within 1-2 billing cycles after your request is processed.
