When requesting a Tax Exemption for your PLDTHome Account, here are the channels you can contact:

  1. Call 171 Hotline to request for tax exemption.
  2. Send us a DM through Facebook and Request for tax exemption.

What are the documents needed for a Tax Exemption for my PLDTHome Account?

Here is a list of the documents needed when requesting a Tax Exemption for your PLDTHome Account:

  • Letter of Request / Email Request (Indicate Account Number & Account Name)
  • BIR Ruling - for international organizations
  • Certificate of Exemption - for PEZA, Freeport Area of Bataan, CEZA, Subic Freeport, and Embassy (if applicable)
  • Certificate/VAT Exempt Identification Card - for Diplomats (if applicable)

Please ensure that the documents are valid and not expired. For the submission of the required documents, please attach to an email and send to CWT_Retail_PayMan@pldt.com.ph

When will the requested Tax Exemption for my PLDTHome Account take effect?

Once we receive the complete documents, your request will be processed within 10 working days. Please expect an adjustment in your billing statement within 1-2 billing cycles after your request is processed.

My request for a Tax Exemption for my PLDTHome Account was not yet processed.

Please ensure that the documents are valid and not expired. We are unable to process requests for tax exemption usually due to missing/invalid/expiring documents.
