To request for change of telephone number, you may log in to your myHome account or log in to the myPLDT Smart app.

Is there a fee for change of number?

Yes. Service fee of Php300.00 will be charged in your next bill after the completion of your request.

How long is the processing of change number?

Processing time is within 48 hours upon issuance of service order.

How will I know my new number?

You will be contacted via call or SMS.
