The 3-Party Conference feature of PLDT allows you to talk to two parties at the same time in the convenience of one telephone line. This feature also eliminates the need for separate calls. You can conduct a meeting simply by adding a third party to an ongoing phone conversation.
Customer should have no other pending service request and account is not under treatment.
To request for activation, log in to myPLDT Smart app from Google Play or Apple App store and choose "Help Ticket" and then "Aftersales" and under "Category" select "Feature Activation" and fill out the form.
Processing and activation time is within 24 to 48 hours upon issuance of service order.
There is a one time service charge of P50 billed to your account to activate the feature and a Monthly Service Fee of P50.
